FORMATIVE PORTFOLIO CONTENTS CHECKLIST
Evidence of Standard 1: A school administrator is an educational
leader who promotes the success of all students by facilitating the development,
articulation, implementation, and stewardship of a vision of learning that is
shared and supported by the school community.

Posters -These posters were designed by me in collaboration with the
administrative staff, department leads, and the freshman team. These
posters are being used to promote the upcoming reconfiguration of our Dixie
Heights for the coming year.

Study Teaching Strategies PD-a professional development designed and
delivered by myself and the freshman coordinator to the freshman academy
teachers.

Agenda for Freshman Orientation-All freshman were invited
to attend a day long orientation to Dixie Heights High School. The
freshman coordinator and I designed and carried out this event two days
before school began.

Performance Report Analysis-these are charts and graphs I developed
on Excel to aid the administrative team in the analysis of our most

understanding, responding to, and influencing the larger political, social,
economic, legal, and cultural context.

"Freshman Student
Advisory Group" - List of students identified for the recently
organized advisory. I meet with these students once a month to
discuss many issues concerning the freshman academy. They are a
valuable resource to help evaluate current programs, school culture, and
overall effectiveness.

the superintendent that I fulfilled.

collaboration with state and central office personnel.
